Shipping

New Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order. The email will include an order summary and order number.

Note: To ensure that your order arrives without delay, please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.

Order Shipped: Once you place your order, we will process your order for delivery the following business day. 

Order Shipped Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

Shipping Delivery: You should expect to receive your order in most cases within 3-4 business days.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the US only. Please Note: If your delivery location is not one of the 48 contiguous states, the delivery may take longer.

Shipping Cost: Shipping is free for items purchased over $35 (excluding shipping cost & taxes)

Returns

Skin Care Products: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. If an item you receive is damaged, please email us at contactus@hyphenatedmagazine.com within 3 business days requesting a replacement. Please provide a photo of the damaged items as well as your order number. 

Skin Care Product Replacement: We will send out replacements for damaged items within 1-3 business days.

Clothing: Please email us at contactus@hyphenatedmagazine.com, noting the reason for the return along with the order number; specify if you would like a refund or store credit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged item.  You have 7 days to return your item. Clothing must be in the original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with the tags still attached. 

Refunds & Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item, you will receive either a refund or store credit as requested.  The refund or store credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment you provided at checkout. The shipping cost to return the item will be included in the refund or store credit if standard shipping is selected.

All Other Items:

Cancellations

If you have to cancel an order during the ordering process, the cancellation must occur before our shipping occurs. 

We will issue a full refund in the original form of payment you provided at checkout. Once the ordered item is shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.
